At this moment it would be a whole bag of Oreo cookie popcorn. I still eat about a cup of it every few days but I would demolish a whole bag of it if I could. Also a black and blue crispy chicken sandwich from Red Robin 🤤

You need more calories if youre working out. If you lose 300 cals working out youre only eating about 900 cals and your body will start storing that as fat. You should be eating at least 1500cals a day and make sure it is high protein

It’s possible since you’ve upped your weights for your workout you are gaining muscle while losing fat so it is evening out on the scale. Don’t worry about the scale so much. Focus more on how you look and what you notice in the gym as far as how difficult your workouts are.

Hello! Looking to lose at least 15lbs. Have my wedding April 2024 and want to build some muscle as well, especially in my arms. Used to use MFP quite a bit years ago and just fell off the wagon. Dedicated now with my wedding coming up, especially with tiktok having so many amazing delicious food videos to try.

Fiancé and I bought a treadmill and I did 30 mins on a 13 incline at 3.0mph speed. Had to stop a few times half way through the end but I did it. I used to that no problem a year ago so trying to make it seem easy again.
