@izzyred9400 I use 50/50 wholewheat/white flour, so it has enough fiber to nicely fill me with just one or two slices, and the white has enough gluten to make it rise more. @baodell17724 I find it usually takes 2-3 days before the effect of what I eat and drink one day shows on the scale. What is eliminated makes a difference as well - keep eating that fiber! And try to weigh yourself at the same time every day - usually first thing in the morning, before you've had anything to eat or drink…
