3 pounds is a really healthy rate of loss. Don’t stress!! But if you must, maybe try something new that excites you? A new kind of movement (yoga?) or a new healthy recipe? I am also getting on fairly slowly. But I figure if it took me years to gain this weight a can handle months to get it off.

Hi there, if your looking for gentle low impact cardio I strongly recommend looking up “The Body Project” on YouTube. They have lots of free beginner workouts that are all standing. I will say that I enjoy the workouts led by “Daniel” the male instructor more! Hope that’s helpful 💜
