@Michieb125 I have something similar to Voltaren for my knee - I haven't used it much, but I should look at trying that again. I know it can take a few days to start working. I often found compression bandages alone helped at times, too. I think my calories are set at 1450. I used to have it at 1200 and I was ravenous allβ¦
