I had a rough month not sure why, I started at 209 and went all the way up to 214. Today Iโm at 211 and trying to really mark everything down so onward. Total weigh loss for January +2lbs ๐ฅน

Thank you for your response. I do weigh in daily. Iโm using this more of a keep me on track through the holidays. Iโve never read the hackers diet Iโll have to check it out.

Good luck everyone! I didnโt have a single candy yesterday. Thankfully my children are โtoo coolโ to trick or treat so nothing to steal too. Next holiday is us Thanksgiving. Iโm hoping to stay the course except for Thanksgiving day and the day after of course and make better choices in the actual day of.
