  • Oh my gosh thank you! Those are awesome tips. I'll look for those items and try out the suggested coffee! Unfortunately I am horrible at hydrating. I literally go a couple days and just forget to drink. Its a bad trait but I'm working on it :)

It's hard to find a balance in making so many different meals. I guess finding a routine and a way to incorporate everyone's meals and my own woukd be helpful.
