the best dvice is to have 3 to 7 dates fruit The best advice that works for all of who have tried, is to have 3 to 7 dates fruit & drink some water 45 minutes before running. You will never regret that. Note ( if you have diabetes, please get your doctor`s advice first)

You need nutrition & sports. I see that nutrition only increases stress! because somehow it`s food deprivation. Sports (for example, running) will make you see the reflection of this nutrition you following here in MFP. Good luck :smile:
