Track stress relief/meditation?

Hi, one of my MFP goals is to reduce stress, but I don't see any place to track stress relief sessions such as meditation, am I missing something?

This is a calorie counting app specifically. As such, no, I don't think it has abilities to track other things like that.

There's no built in section/function for it.

You could hack something by using Exercise or Food Notes in your MFP diary to keep track.

Or in web MFP, you can add a different measurement type (that you name), and track that. For example, you could add "Daily meditation minutes" and note that there.

    Here's where to do that:
    https://www.myfitnesspal.com/measurements/change

It wasn't designed for this, but it's an option.

There are lots of separate apps that do that, as you probably know, but instead of adding another one, if you use FitBit, their app has that option.

MFP is by and large a calorie counting site, so no

You need nutrition & sports. I see that nutrition only increases stress!
    because somehow it`s food deprivation.

Sports (for example, running) will make you see the reflection of this nutrition you following here in MFP.

    Good luck
