  • Currently in mild ketosis after 4 days. Water weight loss is good. Currently 5lbs down. Expect this to be around 2lbs - 3lbs a week soon.
  • I’ve been using protein powder for years. But I think I’ve found my new favorite. I mix 2 x scoops with 450ml of water to make it thicker to make me feel fuller.   • Happy new year. Weighed in today. Embarrassed and sad at how heavy I am, but excited that I’m low carb and fasting today. I must admit though that I did “load up” on all the carbs last night at a New Year’s party 😂. Looking forward to seeing less of myself in the mirror over the next few months / years.
