  • I’d be happy to check in as well- this app is a little difficult to keep track, so consider adding as a friend as well. I’m 48 year old mother, have lost about 5 lbs since October of this year. I will be in maintenance after 2 more pounds- being post menopausal it’s helpful to keep track for me as well.
  • Decided to weigh myself this morning, though I worried I had gained over the holiday- Starting weight in October- 143 Current weight- 135.4 Goal weight- 133 yesterday I ate over my allowed calories by 165, but seems today I am less hungry so hopefully will even out.
