All I know, via MFP site calculations, is my past 7 days is net calories of 8155, yet no weight loss again. Should be around 1.5-2kg less you would think. It's really disheartening tbh. I'm eating today & using MFP system with exercise. Calorie deficit system = no thanks. Thankyou to all that that took the time with reply…

I re-read that & giving up on that calorie deficit method. 1200 calories with 1-2 hrs of cardio is do-able. Not 650 calories & 1100 calories burned off. Late dinner. Goodnight.

@azkunk slept like a log last night. Hubby barely slept for a change. Usually he keeps waking me up hogging the bed or coughing.

Hi, Dr put me onto 30mg Alenami (aka Duromine/ Phentermine) & currently on day 5. Haven't tried weight loss medication before, so not to read up on it yet. Have noticed my heart's bpm a few beats high but not overly concerned. Also day 5 of being on this site with a loss of 3kg so far. Really can't eat all the recommended…

I'm on day 4 here as well. Dr put me onto weight loss medication. First time trying any weight loss med, so hoping all goes well. Good luck. :)

Checked in profile for daily steps. Can't change the activity except adjust amount of steps, sync a step tracker or turn daily steps off.

Didn't know you could change the steps daily goal to something different... Thankyou. Off to suss it out.

That stationary bike to steps conversion came from Google, yet Google Fit & this site say different. Weird. Might just ignore daily steps.

Hi, was Aussie45 on SP. Only day 2 on this app which reminds me a lot of SP. More weight to lose this time 10 yrs later. Fingers crossed as I find my way around, cheers.
