Started MFP a mth ago, plus dr prescribed weight loss medication and lost 3 kg in 2 wks but nothing since. Appears someone else posted a similar issue but didn't elaborate, so I will. Today via Google Fit, I exercised for 47 mins, burning just under 1k calories. Bike to steps ratio not being included
Day 3 here so getting used to site. Today I did 40 mins of moderate stationary exercise bike, which applied to site via Google Fit.
