  • Last night was linguine bolognase. Tonight is not fully planned but I have a tonne of produce to use up so I'm thinking a chicken breast/roasted veg combo. Got mushrooms, courgettes, tomatoes, Romanesco, cauliflower and sweet potato that I think will go together?
  • England - chilli con carne was a staple growing up that I loved and still love, although my version is a much less rich affair filled with veg and beans and a minimum of carne. Also spaghetti bolognase, my mum liked to make giant vats of both that we'd eat for a week straight.

  • Nowhere near as exciting as all of the things I've seen so far on here but my local supermarket recently started stocking kohlrabi, cassava and plantains and I am so excited! I'd never tried kohlrabi before but it is amazing! Went through 2 bulbs(?) in about a week, sliced super thin and just eaten on its own. Delish!
