Great job and your macros seem right on target for a sensible loss/week. MFP certainly is a great help in making sure we get what we need. I'm also on a higher protein/lower carb diet and using MFP keeps me honest!!! LOL Keep up the good work!

I'm focusing on a higher protein and lower carb diet and that seems to be working. In my area, the Amish keep their clocks at halfway in between the two times. So they are always 30 minutes "off" our time but it sure makes sense....and might be agreeable to everyone. I'm ready!
