Awesome! What type of eating plan did you follow while doing it? Did you do the one that comes with the dvds, or something different?

Was she basing that off of a lean body weight calculation or something?

We bought them in a big box on sale, I can't remember the price but I'm thinking they were around $2 each if you did the math (had to of been that or less because I'm cheap.)

Vitamin Shoppe has them! I know this is an old post, but I just had one and was searching for posts about them. I'm actually considering making a Chocolate pudding pie out of them next time a holiday rolls around, ha!... they really are pretty good!

I have this one and really like it. I've done some of her other workouts on Ondemand, and this is by far my favorite. Mile one is a 15 min pace, with mostly walking, knee raises, step outs, and so on. I believe mile two uses the band that comes with the dvd. I like it because you're moving the whole time but still getting…

On level one, I thought the warm up and circuit one was the hardest part. If you can push through those first 10 minutes, you'll be fine.

bump because I have the same question.

Would you rather it go to waste, or to waist? I ask myself this and try to just give myself tiny portions and then get more if I need to. Either the trash/leftover bucket (whatever) gets the extra calories, or you do. Personally, if I am full that is it... I'd rather see it go to waste than me be uncomfortably full and…

www.walkjogrun.net is also great. :)

I have to meal plan and make a list or else I get in the store and buy random stuff that will never actually make a meal. To me, meal planning and lists are essential.

What helps me is giving compliments myself. "you look great." "Thank you, you are looking really well also." Silly, but it turns the attention off of me, ha! Seriously though, I just think about how I feel when I give someone a compliment, and they don't accept it. It makes you feel like crap and like you don't want to…

Have you checked athleta.com? I know they have running pants with zippered pockets. They might have shirts with them too.

I'm curently on day 20, Level 2, day 10. I've found that the first 5 days of each level are the hardest. It gets much easier on days 6-10. My knees ached a bit in level 1, and my ankles have ached a bit in level 2... but my knees are okay now in level 2. I think I was just so out of shape, because it was never really bad…

I found it to be pretty intense cardio wise, but I think that is because my other dvds are more kickboxing type and not full blown jumping jacks/jump rope stuff. You can do it though. If you get winded, just take a breather and jump back in. Since it is short, you can push through it. :)

Floral! I love everything about it... the neckline.. the print.. everything. I'm honestly not much of a fan of the black one... it looks good on you because you're so pretty, but to me, the prettier dress in its own right is the floral.

You are MY motivation... that is me right now. I can run about 15 seconds before I have to quit. I would LOVE to one day run for 30+ minutes.

I haven't read any of these replies, so this may have already been mentioned, but the real bacon bits (not the hard gross ones, but the ones that look like real bacon) are much better for you than the real bacon or the turkey bacon. I don't know how they do it, but it is true, lol.

Hi Natallie! I'm also from Houston, and new here. I agree that the calorie counter is a real eye opener! :)

Holy cow!! I find this SO motivating... I look like a cross between your 1st before and your 2nd... WAY TO GO!! :)

Mine will watch all THREE of our kids, including our 9 month old, in another room so I can do my workout DVDs without tripping over children! lol
