Look into the Ease into 5K app. It starts with a run/walk interval. If you can't run the whole time it wants you to the first session, just keep doing the first session until you can run for as long as they tell you to. Just going out and walking in slow/fast intervals for 30 minutes is a good start!

1. What Week/Day are you on? W5 D2 2. How do you feel? Proud! 3. Have you had to repeat a week or day? No 4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? No 5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? I feel like I might have more energy, but also think it may be too soon to tell.

I would up it to at least 1350 calories and maybe eating back 50-75% of your exercise calories. Good Luck! You've done a great…

[/quote] I don't mean this as crappily as I'm going to word it so please bear with me: Why would you care about the number on the scale, especially considering you are already relatively "fit". At least, you are not overweight. You should really look in the mirror without much in the way of clothing. REALLY look at it. See…

Thanks psych101. That is a really good suggestion. I have been focused way more on the food side than the exercise part :)

I drink 2-4 cups daily. I find that it suppresses my appetite. It's not a miracle drink, but it does help when you're trying to curb off a craving!
