Because I'm doing all compound movements, I've found i do not need to do upper body workouts. My upper body looks great---very toned just from doing all the compound movements.

I would not recommend cheat "days" but maybe 2 cheat "meals" a week. try it and see what your weight does, then tweak from there.

Every morning I log in my food plan for the day. This is so helpful to keep me on track. I eat a lot of protein, but the amount of calories I take in trumps everything. My flawed thinking was, "I only eat healthy whole foods so I can eat as much of them as I want." WRONG!! I had to cut back on the amount of food a little…

My thing with step counters is they are counting your arm movement. I move my arms way more than I move my legs lol! I miss the old school counters that attached to a belt loop----way more accurate IMO.

I'm also an extremely slow runner but it's all about the "bounce," which you can only get from running.
