Today I'm happy because I went to the gym 3 times this week. I know others do more but for me it's "a lot": You have to set realistic goals at first! Did one of my favorite exercises, the stairmaster, and some lifting, Bulgarian squats. Today I ate good too, I feel motivated

I want to see if I can lose 5 kilos by August. I'm counting calories and I'm being really consistent. What's hard for me is going to the gym, not going to lie. My goal was 3 days a week but I usually do 2

Counting calories has changed everything for me. Now I'm way more mindful, before I didn't even realize how much I was eating.
