July 9 - 3.29 miles, 49 minutes July 10 - just 2 miles today but managed to do it in a half an hour still under heat advisory so limiting my exertion outside Did manage to do my four exercises from my list each day. Hope everyone is doing well.

Today was 3.16 mile walk, 3.4 mph, 55.6 min, 595 cal and a rest day for the exercise list. Feeling better about my walking - thinking of finding a short hike to do. Do you walk with friends, co-workers, family or on your own? I mostly walk alone (I like a good bpm music playlist.)
