I have the same issue!! I find the only things mainly that fill me up is oatmeal and a fruit smoothie most of the time but I need to really branch out and find new ways but don't know where to start!

I did!!! I lost about 50 lbs. From 227 lbs to 179 at my very lowest weight. Thanks so much for your comment! To be honest my diet is pretty inconsistent. I do my best to prioritize a well rounded meal with a protein, carb and veg but I'm not too sure where to start.
