How, why do you think? A little more info might help find ideas. One of my fave is swapping out junk food and adding in real fresh foods like fruit, salads, soups... Here's some good ideas like that.

I have the same issue!! I find the only things mainly that fill me up is oatmeal and a fruit smoothie most of the time but I need to really branch out and find new ways but don't know where to start!1

I find hot soups and stews with beans and/or barley works similar to oatmeal to satisfy too (sticks to the ribs.)1
