Avocados are so delicious - I love ’em! For breakfast or lunch, I will slice some into a corn tortilla with just a touch of salt. Nothing better! I will also cube some onto a green salad. I have found several good recipes on the website for the American Heart Association. Right now my favorite from there is Chicken with Napa Cabbage and Rice Noodles. Really yummy and about 370 calories per serving. I’ve made it with Napa cabbage, spinach, and kale - whatever I have in the fridge.

Yum! You have Lots of good ideas already. I will sometimes add just a Tbsp of French-fried onions. Counterintuitive, I know. But you don’t need very much at all and it adds a lot of flavor and a satisfying crunch. Really nice

Some nice ideas! I usually like fresh blueberries (or other berries but blue are my fave) and a small squirt of agave syrup. Sometimes I’ll add a dollop of strawberry preserves. I like Crofters - 30 calories in a Tbsp and I never need a full tablespoon.
