Walking or jogging can be your cardio. They are free. Body weight exercises can build muscle without equipment. You can also make weights out of things like old milk jugs. Its not much but as body weight is not enough it will help

70 pounds in three months. That is not realistic sorry. Most you could hope for is 45 lbs in 90 days. Even that is a stretch.

The sugar cravings suck and have always been my downfall for healthy eating. It takes 2-3 weeks and the cravings do get better. Eating whole foods can help some too. If thats what an health care professional told you i would go with it. They can see more factors than the app does. Im also at 1700 calories a day with 1600-1800 being the range i was given. Remember slow loss is actually good for you. Im losing a little faster but im working out 2-3 times a day too.
