SEPTEMBER 5, 2024 GOAL 1970 ACTUAL 1750 Today I did it again. I was so busy that I just didn't have the time to get in all my calories. Hey does anyone know if it's better to have the static calorie goal or the flexible.one that counts in your daily activity. I can't make my caloric goal now. I'm usually below by 600 calories.
