  • Tbh dont use the treadmills, they are designed for athletes and u are losing weight but then at the same time you are gaining muscles causing ur weight to not increase or reduce and also losing weight requires a lot of patience so dont try to rush it it could be unhealthy (It took me 1.5 years to lose 3 kg)
  • Talking from experience here, if u feel like 1200 calories is too high it means ur eating too little. If u have a calorie deficit of -500 calories it could leat to u losing at least one kg per week (for some bodies at least) and this is unhealthy as it could lead to muscle loss and its difficult to maintain this weight so…
  • In my house we cook food whenever we can and try to make it in large quantities so that we can go without cooking for days, and try to stay active for as long as possible like maybe playing w/ ur kids and going out for a walk if free. Sometimes our family just eats curd as a meal, its weird but its still healthy
