On day 18. Been frustrated as I’ve been working my butt off and still struggling to drop pounds, but. I don’t use mine at all. Mine come mainly from swimming 50 minutes 3 times per week. In the long run, I may need to begin to eat them but for right now I’m not feeling hungry or tired eating my base calories alone.

I actually hate walking which is part of the problem. I think I need to find something else I enjoy. And give myself a bit of grace while I’m still getting in shape and heavy.
