I'm so glad that at this point in time, I'm really sticking with this new way of life. Usually I'll last a week or so, but I'm on my 3rd month now, and I feel great. Super motivated and ready to drop the rest of this weight! So to all MFP friends, I'm so glad you're all here and I wish you the best! One Love!

  • Yes! Well said. I've always hated exercise like doing a work-out vid or something, but yoga has saved me. Habit is everything in this. I know it's cold and crappy out, but if I don't put in the work, there will be nothing to celebrate! I'm def feeling the momentum & I don't wanna lost that.
