    Hi everyone! I’ve noticed that MFP seems a bit inactive these days, but this app has truly helped me over the past 10 years, so I’d love to connect with people who are still active! I’m currently on my third attempt to lose 100 lbs, and I hope this time it sticks, haha. Feel free to add me if you’re looking for friends and motivation!

    Hello all ;) I have just hit the milestone age of 60 and need to lose a lot of recently added weight. During pandemic I was diagnosed with lymphoedema in my lower legs. So because of scaring I stopped going outside and apparently eating became my new hobby lol Well I am not liking the results. So here I am and hopefully this app will help me.

    Hello, I’m new to everything intermittent fasting and even dieting, I’m 41 and at this point in my life I need help. Won’t lie I’m nervous about all of this but I cannot stay the way I am. If I can get a friend or two to help motivate each other I’d be beyond grateful.

    Hi all. Returning to mfp again! This time I’ve had my gallbladder removed and I can’t eat properly yet but I’m only 3 weeks post op. I’m eating 4-5 snacks a day and hoping to lose weight healthily. Last time I lost weight too quickly and developed stones due to this :(

So here I am again to tooooootally redeem myself and get this under wraps. Good luck to everyone trying to lose or maintain. :):):) I'm just starting over so feel free to add/friend me, however this works and I will return the sentiments. :wink:

    Hello all! I am Kapre, and I am relatively new to the MFP community. I used the app to log calories for a couple weeks but wasn't too disciplined about it. I am 28F, 5' tall, and currently weigh 148 lbs. My ideal weight is 120 lbs. Other than weight loss, I want to feel strong, energetic and have an active lifestyle. I hope to gain some motivation, support and accountability from the wonderful MFP community and will pass on the same to others in need.

    Hey everyone! My name is Erika and I'm currently 3 months into my new, more active lifestyle...I hope. So far I've lost 30 lbs, but more importantly, this journey has actually motivated me to get out and do something! I'm not the type of person who has EVER liked exercise, but I've gone to a few yoga classes, so I know I like those. Now, I'll do yoga in my living room, or even in my bed (when I'm doing night yoga obv). 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼🧘🏼‍♂️

    I keep wanting to type YODA- I guess the force is strong with this one... Ok so I'm kind of a nerd too. I like AI, anime, Star Wars, and learning new stuff, even though half my life is over already! It's great to meet everyone and hopefully we'll all be following our dreams into 2025!
