My first round, I lost 12 pounds and lost most inches in my waist. The 2nd time i lost 7 pounds and most inches in my waist again. But the second time I wasn't as dedicated as the first time. I plan to start my 3rd time January 7th, good luck on your journey!

Shaun T and I are not cool anymore, LOL! Wasn't feeling that Max plyo this evening, didn't do my best but I did what I could until the end. Hope tomorrow is better. Hopefully by the end of next week I'm used of the exercises, I never took that many breaks in Month 1.

I did my fit test this morning and here's my results Switch Kicks: 44/54/80 Power Jacks: 54/56/50 Power Knees: 98/110/127 Power Jumps: 23/35/38 Globe Jumps:7/9/9 Suicide Jumps: 9/10/14 Push-Up Jacks: 13/20/30 Low Plank Oblique: 50/80/101 I've lost 5 inches total and 5 lbs. 23 more workouts to go!

I eat dinner around 7 when I'm off from work. You should eat at least 3 hours before bedtime. Yes sometimes I do get hungry a couple hours afterwards so I eat fruit, most of the time grapes and drink water.

Hi all! Today I did 30 minutes of Cardio class and 15 min Abdomen class. I have to work tonight so I won't be exercising again until tomorrow morning, back to the circuit. I like Curves because i can work all muscle groups in only 30 minutes. There seem to not be enough hours in my day so that is perfect for me. TTYL!
