Strength Training

I have a problem! I started at a new gym. I want to step up my workout from just the Curve Curcuit to more strength training to build muscle before I lose a lot to prevent sagging skin. The problem is I'm also accustomed to counting calories and with strength training there no way to accurately track calories burned. Ant ideas how I can track my calories or even know how many I can eat.

You can track calories burned with a good HRM.0

A good heart rate monitor is the best way to judge your calorie burn. MFP has an option for strength training under cardio exercises, but it's calorie burn is a little higher than I burn lifting weights so you may want to double check what your burn is with a HRM before using it.0
