I'm now just shy of 18 weeks into this Journey and I've definitely hit that weight loss plateau. Weight day is in 2 days, but as of 4 days ago, I was down to 101.8kg for a loss of 14.1kgs this year. The last 3 weigh ins the scales have barely moved, but I did expect that given that I haven't been as dedicated with calorieβ¦

Its been crazy busy over here with kids home for Easter break and working on cars endlessly to try and get some form of personal transport happening. Kids go back to school on Tuesday and I can't wait! Maybe then I'll be able to find more time to get some WUNs in. I managed to get a treadmill WUN in tonight and it wasβ¦

Finally got the motivation to do a treadmill WUN today. Only my 2nd this month, but I've had zero motivation the past week. I didn't really today either but I did it anyway. Avg HR was way higher than normal for a half hour but not super surprising when I added a decent amount of Running in. Reading through here alwaysβ¦

Thanks @AlphaHowls for setting us up for April. My goals for this month are 70kms of Walking and being able to run at ANY pace for 10 minutes without keeling over π. Currently only able to sustain 2 minutes at a fairly slow pace before the leg fatigue hits.

Finished out the month with a treadmill WUN. Forced to have a few days in a row off because I got really sick but back in the game! I didn't quite make my goal of 75km walking, 10kms running for the month but I'm not mad at 67kms either. See you all in April :)

Been crazy busy over here! Had Physio on the 18th for my poor back, took the 19th off to recover a smidge and back at it on the 20th. Still not running too much but physio did say until I get my bulging discs under control and see podiatrist I should probably take it easy on anything with too much impact. Sad :(

Swapped over to a Spreadsheet to track. Just so much clearer and easier for me. Took the weekend off. Still exercised and got my steps in, but didn't do a dedicated walk/run. I had a blood test and docs appt this morning so I just took it easy all day after that. @ContraryMaryMary that's an absolutely stunning view!β¦

Thank you everyone! I'm still drinking it ridiculously sweet(like 27g a serve sweet). I don't generally have coffee store/Cafe coffee. The closest I get to that these days is a dare no added sugar double espresso iced coffee, which has the nutritional info on the back. I think I will first try cutting it back incrementallyβ¦

@four_bumblebees I have noticed since adding more protein and less processed foods I haven't craved sugar as much. I still get a hankering for Ice and Chocolate but suspect my iron is low again. I still don't hit my protein goal most days though. @neanderthin bloods next week to check everything again. Chronic ironβ¦

I'm not a fan of straight coffee haha. I definitely need some sweetness in it. I do love a vanilla latte type thing and I haven't tried that without sugar so I may give it a go.

Welcome! It sounds like you're heading in the right direction. One tip that's helped me a lot has been to use a food scale when you're making food and to aim for mostly whole foods in your diet rather than processed stuff. Xx
