You can try looking adding low calorie foods to your meals. lettuce, cucumbers, zucchini are my go tos. My boyfriend swears I eat too much food and I eat 1200 to 1300 calories a day. You just have to adjust what your meal composition is. It is possible to feel satisfied and lose weight.

If you think your weight gain is 'crazy' then you need to go the doctor. Gaining weight after surgery is normal because your body is healing. but it shouldn't be 'crazy'. What you can do on your own is analyze how many calories you need in a day and subtract a little from that and see how the weight loss goes. The good…

Welcome to the community. You can definitely make many meals with an Italian flare. I make pizza with zucchini as the base or you can make spaghetti with zucchini. I also put Italian spices in my stuffed peppers. So you can definitely cook food that you love and still be in your calorie range. I eat just as much food…

Hello. You haven't included much information to be able to discuss with you what you might do differently. I'm assuming you are male, but your age, weight and activity level without exercise is important. Also are you weighting your food? Fasting actually does nothing for weight loss by itself. It is a tool that may or may…

I have gone from buying and eating whatever I want to cooking my own food. I hate cooking so I meal prep. Not only do I eat better but my grocery bill has decreased. So by cooking your own food and eating proper portions, you can save money.

I'm a bit concerned that you are planning on going for over 24 hours with out eating. It would be better to take the number of calories you will eat for the week and divide them by 7. Not eating could cause you to pass out and hurt yourself or others. It is better to be conscious of what you eat all seven days.

Welcome back to mfp! You are definitely worth all the care and love that you give yourself.
