  • Welcome Papageno! Free is very cost effective! I have also found that portion control has lowered my food bill so that's a plus too.
  • You are seeing the results of a calorie deficit. Low carbs is just a way of eating. If it works for you, that is awesome. Keep up the good work. You've got this too!

  • Good health (both mental and physical) is the best gift you can give yourself. Even on days where you don't feel very charitable. Many of us get it. Just keep working at it. You've got this.

  • Hello Gothica (love the name). You don't have to follow a specific diet plan. You need to figure out a way that you can eat and maintain it for the rest of your life. As long as you create a calorie deficit you will lose weight. Each of us do it differently from the next person. I tend to be a eat everything on my plate…

  • I would be weary of saying that the apple cider vinegar is what caused you to drop weight on the scale. You can't prove if it is causation or coincidence. I would also look for other things about your health journey to feel good about rather than getting frustrated over the number on the scale. We are always going to weigh…
  • They do say you can't out run a bad diet. It's good that you've already got one part of the equation worked out. Tracking your food should take care of the rest. You can do it.
