Hello I-F MFPers😁

Been keto/IF for a while. For me its the only way to drop lbs/fat. Started 2025 @@174 lbs - today I weighed in @152.3. Did Keto 4 days @1600 c/day then fasted T-W & S. Now Im upping Protein lower fat a bit and keep Carbs under 50g. Cut fasting from 3 days to 2, Tues & Fri. Want to hit 140ish by July 1. Also walking 2 mi. 4-5 days/wk.
