I mean dietary fiber isn’t bad for you our guts need fiber to digest properly. Dietary fiber doesn’t change its form when it goes through our bodies which is why we don’t count them towards a caloric intake. This is why it is keto, there are also no sugars in the rolls. Not sure what your intentions are from your comment.

Rest is so important I try and do active rest days so I’m doing more cardio then anything and trying to keep my heart rate elevated, but don’t push it you’ll injure yourself then be in a bad place.

Add some casein protein powder it’ll help slow digestion and control hunger

Are you able to consume may contain peanuts or does it have to be completely free from nuts not even processed in the same factory?
