Thanks, @chris_in_cal! Between the change-of-dinner plans and the 2 unplanned Double IPAs that I had during the Cotton Bowl last night, it's a small miracle that I broke even this morning. I'm sure yesterday's walk helped at-least a little.

Today would have been my first run for the Strava challenges, but I skipped running to cut up the tree that the wind blew down in my yard, yesterday. I've got 21 days left to do 62.1 miles. Less than a 5k per day. Do-able.

@chris_in_cal My main running goal for the remainder of January is to build my base (walking to running, consistent routine). My distance/time goals are based on the Strava challenges that I have already entered: 365 minutes walking/running, 100K (62.1 miles) in distance. I'll also post my runs here. P.S.--I'm just upβ¦

I tried adding this group on Strava, but I kept getting error messages. Perhaps I signed-up for too many groups in one day when I set-up my new account, so Strava might have put me on double-secret probation. I'll try again, soon. @WarmJellyfish I'm not a big fan of supplements, as so many of them promise you the world, but they don't always deliver. That being said, I DO try different supplements, and when I find ones that work for ME, I keep using them. For my bones, joints, and muscles, I currently take Glucosamine HCl with MSM, turmeric, and aβ¦
