I honestly had no idea there was such thing, yet alone a whole community for it. I absolutely love the idea of that ☺️ I used to go with a buddy but it's been a lot harder trying to self motivate or even get out the door.

I recently just re-downladed MFP after learning it's not just a meal planning/macro calculator and am excited to try more of its features. I'm honestly not even sure what an accountability partner is. I know its a bit of a dumb question but what is/what does an accountability partner do? 🤔
