Was able to go without any kinda of fast food at all yesterday which is a good start. I wasn’t working yesterday so not on the road, even still it’s become a compulsive behavior to go out and pick something up. So going a day without anything yesterday, I’ll still call it a win

This is a good idea. Keeping a cooler with healthy options in the back would probably help with the temptation!

Made it through yesterday without any alcohol at all. Really trying to cut it out as much as possible without the thought of moderation. Just want to live life without it as much as possible. Was hoping I would sleep better without it last night but kinda tossed and turned, but I’ve got other changes to make besides just…

Also, not sure if this is ok to post on the thread or not. But I created this group… If anybody would like to join. I wanted to have an area where I can post my fitness journey and track my progress more easily on a daily basis. And anyone can post their own if they wanted to do the same. I simply did so because I didn't…

🏋️♂️ Workouts Afternoon Workout: 5 mile walk / run. This one was pretty brutal. I used to be a very good endurance athlete, even finished a 70.3 a few years ago but the last few year my fitness levels have fallen off a cliff. Went for a 3 mile run last night and definitely felt the fatigue as I was running and had to walk…

If anyone is interested in using it, I created a group for people to post their training logs and their personal fitness journal and journey. I created because I didn't see where there was anything section for a personal fitness log on my fitness pal and didn't want to flood the board with my own log. If this is something…

3/10 - 5.06 walk / run Total : 8.0 miles Today's thoughts - Definitely over did it with the workout today😂 Was a lot of walking involved with the "run" could definitely feel the fatigue from trying to run back to back days. Probably should have cut it shorter, but was a nice day today and didn't have anywhere to be so took…

What's up guys. I'm new here, but I've enjoyed finding these different groups and challenges that have the same goals in mind that I've been looking for, for a long time now. Alcohol consumption and dependence for me has gradually increased throughout my 20's and now earlier 30's being an all time low and at times feels…

Hopefully I can join the group. First run in a long time yesterday! I grew up running throughout out my life. Have fallen off a cliff the last couple of years. Gotta get back on the horse!

I'm down to join this challenge. I work in the trades and pretty much live in my car driving from customers home to customers home. Living in Atlanta, GA the ability to resist fast food feels impossible at times and for me has become an extremely compulsive habit. At times it feels like I'm in a trance and end up in a fast…

I'd like to throw my hat into the ring today as well. Trying to join whatever challenges I can to get some support and motivation. 3/10 - Weighed in a 189.6 this morning. Ideal range for me has always been 170-175. Hopefully can stay on track and get back in shape!

I think this is pretty much the end of the round but might as well get started 😂 3/10 - 189.6 Notes- Weighed in 189.6 this morning. Yesterday was the first day of really trying to shift my mindset back to a fitness and health and wellness focus. I've run marathons and exercised religiously throughout my life and even…
