Wassup Guys

Hey guys, my name is Connor and you’re probably wondering how I got here…

Long story short. I’m a 31 year old guy, used to be extremely active, playing sports, being outside or in the gym every single day, running marathons and even did a half Ironman a few years ago.
The last couple years have been so busy and anxiety filled I had gradually lost all desire to to exercise or take care of myself and I need to be able to get back on track to hopefully rekindle some of the joy I once had.
So that’s why I’m here, I’ve never seriously tracked the foods that I at, but I plan on starting, along with my sleeping habits, alcohol consumption and of course my weight and workout routine. The biggest thing I was looking for was a community I could be part of that was focused on health and wellness to help me stay motivated and accountable. It’s very difficult for me to stay committed when I’m doing this on my own.
But that’s pretty much it. If you guys have any groups or challenges you would recommend, please include the link in here because that’s what I’m honestly looking forward to the most.

welcome Connor! Hope you’re able to find your love for staying active again! I’m kinda in the same boat (though I’ve never loved doing cardio) of trying to get to where I love to run or ride my bike… it’s been tough!
