  • @Learningmoments , my sister does deep water aerobics a lot, and Iโ€™ve gone with her when I have visited. Such fun workouts ! Treasure those times with the grandkids!   • I finally got my exercise done this week. Only 2 strength workouts, but thatโ€™s better than 1 or 0. The scale was very good this morning and showed a 7.4 pound loss since January.   • Yesterday was crazy. Very busy day. I had to take my puppy in for an X-ray because she swallowed part of her toothbrush. Not that Iโ€™m that a great comedian, but that finding humor in frustrating moments really helps relieve stress.   • @SummerSkier , so true about warm temperatures affecting sleep. I always sleep better in the winter. Itโ€™s cooler and the nights are longer, so thereโ€™s less light. Good time for hibernation. However, a couple years back, we got an AC unit in our bedroom and solar panels - Iโ€™m sleeping a lot better in the summer now. Theโ€ฆ
  • Welcome to the habit ninjas ๐Ÿฅท @Learningmoments ! It sometimes takes me a few days to decide on the habit I want to work on, so take your time. Sleep is always a good one to work on. In fact, a fitness book I recently read suggests thatโ€™s where fitness starts. Eating lots of veggies is also a great habit. I love that youโ€™reโ€ฆ
