  • Question: Do y'all do deadlifts with a dumbell or with the bar? I have been doing them with the bar (extra weight added) but am thinking about switching to a dumbbell....any thoughts?

  • anyone else feel like the workouts are too easy?! i barely even break a sweat while doing them. Will probably go back to the gym at 9 to do the workout i did this morning again.

  • Count me in! I'm starting insanity here soon, and ride my bike on a daily basis. My core is rock hard to touch, just can't see any definition and that's what I'm looking for, might also have to try the 6week6pack or whatever yall were talking about. I'm 5'5 123lbs, I'm ready for some abs! Haha
  • I just got my FitBit on Saturday and love it! It is crazy to see how inactive I am during the day. I use my FitBit to track my walks but use MFP for any other exercise. I am going to be started insanity soon, and am ready to get my nearly perfect body toned!
  • I use RunKeeper on my iPhone...dont know it they have an app for the driod...but i would check it out!
