My favorite snack is 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese and a little cup of peaches packed in water. They go so well together and it keeps you full til your next meal.

I'm going low carb for about a week to get over a plateau. But I'm having a hard time planning suppers. Any sugegstions? I'm pretty picky. All I have planned is chicken and veggies...ugh!

Personally, I wouldn't cook chicken in it.... It could be just me, but I find it gets very dry... Cooks quickly, but ends up being dry.
