I like cheese, carrots, grapes, hummis w/ pretzles, apples, Kelloggs fiber plus almond and dark chocolate, and york minis. I know the yorks aren't the 'best', its just a nice sweet snack sometimes after lunch. I also like beef jerky when I can find some thats not to high in cals/sodium. And Protien shakes; my fave is BSN vanilla, its so easy to mix with other flavors when vanilla gets old.0

My favorite snack is 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese and a little cup of peaches packed in water. They go so well together and it keeps you full til your next meal.0
