I think I'd be lost without them! Have been doing them for years and can't see myself stopping anytime soon! I'm currently on maternity leave and do them at home (Step, Combat, Pump, Attack, Balance) as I don't have access to a gym where I live and I think they have saved my sanity!!! lol

Me too! I was just hungry all the time so struggle with keeping the appetite in check!!! I'm still BF'ing actually - bub is 9 months old. I'm hoping that once I stop, the appetite will get back to normal!!! And then I can lose the last few pounds that are lingering!!! lol

Yeah, after doing a bit of reading, I think I'll try and eat a few of mine but not all of them - unless it's necessary - so I keep a bit of a hold on my defecit without going overboard and giving in to cravings or lethagy!!!
