I know what you mean and it's very frustrating! I smoked for 16 years, and this past January I quit. I gained about ten pounds. I guess because instead of going for a cigarette, I went for food, mainly crunchy chips! Take your time getting used to not smoking and if you go for food, make it raw veggies or a healthy snack.…

I ate the same, maybe nothing spicy. Just eat slow. It hurts when you bite down on the ball and it takes a bit to get used to it.

Im a lurker here, but seen your question and thought I would offer my opinion. When this happens to me, I always consider it a water weight gain/loss. If it is a gain, I just make sure I drink plenty of water.
