I agree. Basically do whatever you will enjoy for exercise, if you enjoy it you will be more likely to stick with it, if you don't enjoy it you won't. The best exercise program is which ever one you will stick to, the best diet is which ever one you will stick to. Calories in vs calories out, and you WILL lose weight.

Mine too, I wash it before it eat it... Usually... Fruit and veggies are slow burning carbs due to the indigestible fiber content, but the simple truth is just as protein has its place in our diet, so do fats and carbs, we need all three.

Did you log your exercise in your app? Either one? First off only log in one app or the other! Second off if you do log your exercise, you now have to get above what is burned in your logging, before you get a calorie adjustment. Thirdly, what activity level do you have MFP set to in your settings, you will have to get…

I agree with you wholeheartedly, the best one is the one that fits with you, and that you will do. None of them will work if you don't do them. Fantastic job btw, keep it up.

There is no easy way, good habits are never easy. When I finally decided to quit smoking, I had to just suck it up, and realize that it would really suck for a bit. I tried every "easy" stop smoking method, it didn't work. I had to just do it. My wife has tried every weight loss pill out there, and she didn't loose any…

This is a lifestyle change for me. This has to be sustainable for me to continue with it, I made that decision when I started this, and I'm happy I did. I reached the weight that I thought I would be happy with, and realized that I wasn't satisfied and I have a long way to go yet. I am pretty sure that if I stop watching…

http://www.mrmoneymustache.com/2012/03/29/killing-your-1000-grocery-bill/ This article fits into mfp slightly as he does talk about cost vs caloric needs, but other than that we spend about $400.00/ month for 3 people. Sometimes less, sometimes the freezer gets too full and we have to stop buying meat. I live in Alberta,…

270lbs when joining MFP, but I'm sure I was about 10-15lbs heavier the year before. Way to big for a 5' 6" person. I was morbidly obese
