  • whiplash, it is a workout DVD by Jilliam Michaels. It is a relatively cheap DVD if you are interested in buying it - Around $10 or less at Wal-Mart or amazon.com

  • I will try to do it with you!! I did it a few weeks ago and lasted about 5 days, but then I lost motivation.
  • I am not a morning person at all either!! Some days I take my daughter on a walk and that's my exercise, other days I work out after she goes to bed. You might have to stay up later, but you can do it!

  • I used this site to get a general idea: http://www.zumbacalories.com/ I think taking your weight into account is a big part of it as well. I usually choose "mild" intensity for the Wii workouts.
