Try to phase out sugar or Splenda completely. I used to have to have 2 sugars in my tea, but now I can't stand the sweet taste in it. Gradually reduce the amount you put in. When i get hungry later on after i have had a meal i feel snacking on fruit or drinking water helps to keep my hunger pangs at bay.

Really want to do this challenge and accomplish it!! Did well before my holiday back in September last year and failed to get back into the gym and just ate lots of rubbish! So from today it changes!!
