Lately I have been eating salads with different peppers or veggies in there. Sometimes Ill add some tuna fish or garbanzo beans for some added protein. But I try to pay attention to extra calories that negate the health benefits of salads ie dressing and croutons stuff like that. But if all else fails Ill pack left overs…

I have a baby show in the afternoon and then a super bowl party this evening. I plan to hit the gym hard today. But this will be a true test to my will power on my food choices. My game plan for both parties today is to load up on veggies and take a sample of everything else. We will see how this all unfolds.

This is kinda weird but I am working at not sitting/laying on the couch. Rather I try to sit in our rocking chair or on the floor. This way I wont get too comfy and stay motivated to get up and move. Not to mention the couch sucks the energy outta me and I tend to fall asleep not long after eating if I sit on it too long.

I live in a small apt also. The 30 day shred can be done in smaller spaces I think. Kettle bell and pilates videos are some that Ive done in the past at home.

I can agree with this one. Over the holiday weeken I had all my water in and felt great. Day 1 back to work and I got half in and noticed a difference. Love this challenge and will work hard at it.

well my docs keep my Hypothyroid since having my thyroid removed 15 yrs ago due to cancer. I let him know at my last check in about the heart palpitations and since it is a new side effect with me he wanted me to monitor it.
