(hard to ask that in a way which makes sense in limited characters!)

okay so i've hunted down & dusted off all my old dvd's, & while they were all fine & dandy for the house i used to live in, but i'm now in a very small flat (apartment), which is also upstairs, so none of them are suitable :frown:

so wondering if any of u good people have similar issues & have found any good dvd's that work in a limited space? also, no jumping up & stuff, i don't wanna end up in downstairs' living room

i was eyeing up the "30 day shred" as it's reduced, but don't know how active it is?

any recommendations? thanks

I live in a small apt also. The 30 day shred can be done in smaller spaces I think. Kettle bell and pilates videos are some that Ive done in the past at home.
  • let me know how you get on with the 30 day shred

i'd be too worried to use kettlebells in here; knowing me i'd constantly drop them & scare the neighbours!
